Welcome to R' Fitness Gym ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our," or "Service"). R' Fitness Gym reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Parents or guardians may register on behalf of minors, and they accept full responsibility for such accounts.

R' Fitness Gym may cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. Members will be notified of cancellations through the Platform. Credits or refunds for cancelled classes will be issued according to our refund policy.
Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. By providing payment information, you authorize R' Fitness Gym to charge your account for services rendered. You agree to keep your payment information current.
Recurring memberships will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless you cancel your membership before the renewal date. You are responsible for monitoring your account for accurate charges.
If you dispute a charge, you must notify us within 30 days of the transaction. Unauthorized charges must be reported to both R' Fitness Gym and your payment provider.

Before beginning any exercise program, you should consult with your healthcare provider, particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions or concerns. Use of the gym constitutes acknowledgment that you are physically capable of participating in exercise activities.
You acknowledge that exercise involves inherent risks of personal injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of gym facilities and participate entirely at your own risk. R' Fitness Gym is not responsible for injuries sustained while using our facilities, equipment, or services.
Proper use of safety equipment, spotters, and instruction is recommended for all members. Failure to use safety measures increases risk of injury. R' Fitness Gym staff are available to provide guidance, but ultimate responsibility lies with the member.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of R' Fitness Gym or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written permission.
User-generated content remains your property; however, by posting content to the Platform, you grant R' Fitness Gym a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for gym-related purposes.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal information to provide services, improve our Platform, and comply with legal obligations. Your data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
R' Fitness Gym does not sell personal information to third parties. However, we may share information with service providers, legal authorities when required, and other parties necessary to operate our business.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to R' Fitness Gym in the past 12 months.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which R' Fitness Gym operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if that is not possible, shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
